PAL’s Machining Inc. has the capability to rebuild all makes and models of aircraft axle jacks, mobile and hand carry.
Rebuilt axle jacks are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, rugged use and to provide many years of continuous service. PAL'S Machining assures a quality product with each rebuild and customers can count on our support.
- The following process is used when rebuilding an axle jack:
• Cylinder assembly
• Air pump
• Hand pump
• Valve block
• Jack frame and reservoir
• Relief valve
• Casters and wheels
- The above items will be rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured or replaced based on condition.
- Based on this inspection the customer will be advised of the estimated cost and lead time to rebuild the axle jack. If the customer elects not to have the axle jack rebuilt an inspection fee of $350.00 will be charged.
- Sandblast and paint the frame with skydrol resistant yellow paint.
- Clean reservoir.
- Rebuild using new fasteners and fittings.
- Load test and set relief valve.
- Prepare for shipment.

Rebuilt axle jacks and parts have a 90 day warranty. Warranties on new or remanufactured parts on rebuilt axle jacks are those offered by the manufacturer.
