PAL’S Machining Inc. opened its doors for business in late 1992, by three former supervisors of an industry leader in special automotive and maintenance tooling. Between the three there was well over 60 years of machining experience in various aspects of the trade. In 2000 we moved into our current 33,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in the heart of southeastern Minnesota’s manufacturing hot bed, Owatonna.
Over the years we have evolved, expanded and diversified with our customers through technology, increasing the skill level of our workforce and capital improvements to machinery and building. PAL’S Machining has a consistently growing number of loyal customers who recognize us as a company that produces quality parts in a timely manner at a fair price making us a leader in providing customer satisfaction.
Whether you are looking for one part or one thousand, we would be happy for the opportunity to give you a competitive quote. Just a few of the many services we can provide your company are: 5 CNC turning centers, 2 CNC Swiss machines, 2 Horizontal and 4 Vertical machining centers, all are ready for your short and long production runs. Our highly trained staff of machinists will set up and program your parts to run as efficiently as possible, all while maintaining a high standard of quality. Our model shop/prototype department is second to none, we can manufacture specialty tools or set up and run short run production. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.
If Hydraulics is your thing, then you came to the right place. We also designed and manufacture our own line of hydraulic hand pumps. In 2007 we added Aviation Ground Support Equipment Maintenance and Rebuild to our list of capabilities.
We also have a full service sheet metal fabrication shop and tool and cutter grinding capabilities.
